We are all familiar with the Greek myth of Leda and the Swan. But it is unequivocally the classicism and evocations of beauty that the tale and Tuscan jewelry label LedaOtto share, as far as similarities go. Borne from the creative minds of two young designers Simona Cassai and Marta Saletti, the name LedaOtto was formed from the first name of their respective grandparents. Having embarked on multidisciplinary formative paths—from Economics to the Istituto Europeo of Design—the dapper duo created their first collection in 2010, and it proved to be more than a dip of their toes in the water that is the world of haute fashion accessories.

Made in Italy, each piece betokens the blueprint of a famous cultural, historical or religious iconic building from the city and beyond on a structure of 24-karat gold, rhodium, and ruthenium-plated brass. Fusing craftsmanship and design, each item is then brought to life through a painstaking pairing of raw materials like brass sheets, plexiglass and semi-precious stones, guaranteeing that the jewelry and accessories are nickel free, hypoallergenic and long-lasting.
